This is either Wilbur or his twin brother Anthony. I can never tell them apart or together now that you mention it. Either way, he is taking a break from his daily work routine in a rather precarious position. The warning label on the stepladder clearly states that 'this is not a step'. But yet he ignores it at his own peril, and he also refuses to wear a hardhat in a construction zone. To say nothing of leaving his tools scattered all over the place.
