Another test with the superb landscape named 'THE CANYONS !' of Jacked. -1) rotate to put the horizon line to the horizontal -2) Image -> Adjust -> Brightness/contrast: +10% Bright & + 10% contrast -3) Image -> Adjust -> Color balance -> midtone: decrease the red, increase the green and yellow -4) see below.
