0930_23: I have to agree with SEA about this being the best entry thus far Raj, and I currently have an entry.

2nd place gandarva: Very nice winter image for the opposites Mary! Really like the contrast, color, sharpness, and composition! Thank You! Allen
corngrowth: Mary, to me your very fine image meets the contest goal very well, so a very good entry for the contest.
It's a very special posting too, because the image it's accompanied with a 'surprising' (but for the contest not judge-able) narrative.
Good Luck!
Regards, Cornelius.

corngrowth: ---I don't know if you see any of those opposing emotions in these faces---
Pat, the above sentence from your narrative made me smile. Even a blind person would see the opposing emotions, lol.
I'm wondering how you've achieved this wonderful result. It's anyhow a very appropriate entry for the contest. If you decide that this will be your entry, I wish you Good Luck with it!
Regards, Cornelius.

4th place Lightpainter: That's interesting. But if the earth is the cube, what is the white sphere? (maybe sun or moon) Galileo and Copernicus would have a problem with this. Good Luck.
snapshooter87: Very nice and clean cut, Mike. Like the fire storm just visiblein deep space, and light years away.

5th place J_E_F: Not sure if I should be impressed with the picture or that you have a helicopter on call... :)
