1st place Constance52347: Amazing! I think that particular shade of aqua/teal really makes the composition stand out.
casechaser: Congrats Lisa with your 1st place in the contest. Great picture! ~~ John

jerseygurl: Congrats on taking 2nd place in the contest!!!!!!!!!!!
pastureyes: The nose has been a big royal pain since the day I started this picture. I have tried many different shapes and sized, only to scrap it. But I gave myself a time limit to finish this work, so I took my brush and colored in the nose, closed my eyes and pressed the save button. But Thank You all for the great comments, and Less. . .come-on, really! Toe Nails? I never gave it any thought. :)

3rd place casechaser: Wonderful picture, Frank. You are so very talented. I really like the white drops on the blue background and the blue drops on the white background. I think you will be doing very well in the current contest with this excellent entry, but I bet if you converted it to black in white, you would do very well in the challenge, too.
4th place
corngrowth: Shows perfectly your artistry and versatility, John.
Like to agree with Sandi about the faces. They aren't only staring to the 'Zebra', but to me as well, ☺ .
Great creation, my friend!
questjester: That's right, John. Dazzle us with new and unexpected artistic expression! Defy expectations! Nobody puts Baby in a corner!

Very creative and very cool, both in concept and design. And who can resist a zebra shading in shades?
5th place Jhihmoac: Cool! Faved...
LynEve: EJ, your artwork is splendid. Nothing like a bit of whimsy to brighten a day and this sure does - threefold ! Best of luck in the contest.
So sorry to hear you have been having a tough time. It is great to see you here and hope to see more of your always enjoyed work.
