1st place
Always Lenticular by Flmngseabass

biffobear: Well done...R.

Flmngseabass: Thanks everyone for your support and votes:):) Much appreciated for sure!!:):)

Pjsee16: Wonderful distinct and great view of the size and scope in contrast to the mountain.

Nikoneer: The Mothership has arrived!!! My idiocy aside, this is a very cool shot, Bruce. Lenticulars form over high mountains and mountain ranges (like one I caught out in Glacier National Park, coming over the Continental Divide), and manifest in a variety of shapes. They are somewhat rare, though, so you are lucky to have been in the right place at the right time.

2nd place
MILOS ... by Vickid

Flmngseabass: A hardy 2nd place congrats are in order Vickie!!! Way to go:)

Pjsee16: The image is very striking and the contrast between the blue of the water and the white rock is dramatic. I could almost mistake it for an iceberg..by the colors.

bfrank: It is a very majestic place. Thanks for sharing your journey, Nik! Where I am about all you see is pine trees except for the farm lands.

5th place
Hands on the Wheel of the Turning World by Pjsee16

corngrowth: Paul, was this very fine sunrise image taken at or near the Cabot Trail, almost on the most northern part of Cape Breton Island looking over the Cabot Street (the street between the St. Lawrence Bay and the Atlantic Ocean)?
A very scenic sight. By checking-out this link the water comes into my mouth, 😁 !
