Another street scene from Quincy, IL. It is just down the street from the Silhouette Shoppe.I thought black and white might take away from the window decorators hard work.

I thought this would work for the current contest. Enchantment is in the eye of the beholder. Or is it the mind? Hopefully there is nothing you find offensive about this. Obviously the Quincy Police didn't mind. I can only imagine about the folks living upstairs.
