Major League Baseball teams officially opened Spring Training today with pitchers and catchers reporting for duty. This Redbird was representing the St. Louis Cardinals and was broadcasting the news on the airwaves. Spring Training is one of the first signs that winter is coming to a close and life will soon get back to normal for baseball fans. He saw his shadow, so that means the Cardinals will be in the World Series this year. Go Redbirds!!
