I guess I'm trying to prove there is a need for a "Photojournalism" gallery on Caedes with all the flood photos I have and will be posting. This is the Wabash Bridge for trains in Hannibal, Missouri, and as you can see, the water is up to the level of the bridge. Normally, the bridge has 20 feet of clearance from the water. Here is a link that will give you more information concerning the bridge.

The water level had dropped to 28.35 feet this morning. Hannibal is above where the Missouri River and Ohio River enter the Mississippi You can look at this chart and see some of the differences in the water level. The Missouri River enters at St. Louis and the Ohio between Cape Girardeau and Memphis, Tennessee. If you want to review some of my earlier posts with information, you can start here.
