This is a picture of radish that is in the process of being dried. It's actually part of a Korean side dish which takes a pretty long time, not your average day cooking. Anyways, I took a lot of photos and chose this one definitely increasing the contrast to get some structure in the radish. I believe my editing made this picture as a whole too harsh, but it was better than before with a bland overall tone, in my opinion. Thank you for all of your comments and suggestions.
