When I was younger people would say to carry your camera with you at all times "just in case." As with many things I did not pay much heed to that advice. However, now I preach that as well because of random photo's like this one. I was just driving along minding my own business when it jumped out at me. I swerved/ nearly hit the ditch, but recovered long enough to snap the shot!
