Woolaroc is a museum created by Frank Phillips, founder of Phillips Petroleum, and it is located on his ranch near Bartlesville, Oklahoma. There is a wild animal preserve that you drive through on the way to the museum, and I saw this guy and a couple others cooling off on a hot day. If you have any interest in the old west and Native American culture, the museum should not be missed when in the Bartlesville - Tulsa area.
