This was originally just a photo of a sunset like the one here but I adjusted it a bit. By accident, I put a black layer on top as an overlay and was immediately stunned by the results. It brought out the colors of the sunset like nothing else. Then I had an idea of putting stars into the sky and my masterpiece was born. This one MUST be seen at high resolution for the full effect of the individual stars. Once it gets below 1024x768 pixels, the stars lose the individuality and clarity.
I'd like to dedicate this image to my girlfriend Yvette. The majesty of the twilight in this image pales in comparison to my feelings for her.
