This is a whiskeyjack or grey jay as it's more commonly called. I met this fine feathered fellow earlier today. I got lucky with the way this shot turned out. I was using my p&s camera and trying to capture the shot with only the use of an LCD screen viewer. So I wasn't sure I had a usable shot or not until after I had loaded it on the computer.
