A shot looking down the basement stairwell. Renovations are coming along nicely on the place as you can see. I'm thinking of re-painting the walls, maybe go with a more cheerful blue and get rid of the somber green and brown motif. I might have to replace the bright light down in the rec-room as well. It causes quite the glare on the wide-screen TV. I have a beautiful surround sound system hooked up down there as well. The room has wonderful acoustics, you could hear a pin drop on the carpet. Let me know what you think and any other handy home decor tips will be most appreciated.
