Trust me there's a pool there someplace, you'll get a better view in the next shot; unless I upload a flower photo to get on certain people's nerves and wait to post the next shot in this series later. Sounds like something I would do.

There's a sign up on the path that calls this particular pool the Witches Cauldron or Bowl or Shallow Baking Dish or maybe it was Tupperware Container that is microwavable safe. Since when have I paid attention to signage. So of course it called for me getting off the path and down into the stream bed to take some photos and then climbing back up to the trail only to realize I had left the camera bag down in the gully.
