The base of one of the fountains in the Halifax Public Gardens.

First off I want to say I didn't break it. I found it this way and after I got rid of the security tapes nobody can prove otherwise. I wish the plant leaves weren't there either, so stop complaining. There was nothing I could do about them seeing as I had left my hedge clippers in my other pants pocket at home when I was visiting. Sure I could have gone to a garden center or hardware store and bought some, but the nearest such place was several kms away and people tend to give you strange looks if you wander the streets with a pair of hedge clippers sticking out of your belt. Or at least that's been my experience; things may be different in your hometown, so check first.
