Meet Mr. Alexander Forrester. This stern looking fellow had the honour, or misfortune depending on how you look at it, of being the first principal of the Provincial Normal College back in 1855-1869. Or in other words the Dean of the Teachers College. Now you would think the proper location for this statue would be in front of the Normal College building. You'd be wrong. Instead they park him beside the police station. Which can only mean he was one of those law and order types who did everything by the book.
Enjoy and I'll see you in detention after classes are over.
