This thing just kept evolving from the original, which it no longer resembles, and needed to be called something. And since most things have names with the exception of the unmentionables, delicate or otherwise, otherwise they wouldn't be called unmentionables, I needed to come up with something. Or not to forget those things that are always on the tip of our tongues but for the lives of us we can never remember until the middle of the night long after we need to know or anyone really cares. And calling it Karen's Dream made no sense whatsoever because I don't know anyone named Karen.
