Dusk only if you consider 3:14PM to be early evening. Considering the sun usually sets by 4 - 4:30 at this time of year I'm calling it evening. The ducks on the other hand are purely optional as far as dusky conditions go. You might have different standards wherever you live. Maybe its trees, goats or commuters hustling to catch the bus. Though why goats would need to catch a bus is beyond me. But then again I don't live in the big city or understand its ways.
