I must confess I have no idea if the cat's name is Tom. It could very well be Dave or Hubert. This is one of two strays that have taken to hanging about looking for handouts. Around here its first come first served. So if the squirrels and crows don't gobble it down first then the cats enjoy a free meal. If not then there is always the neighbour's yards to beg from.
