This is a bronze statue of the last mayor of Temple Terrace, Fl. After many many years of negotiating with several developers to remodel the downtown area to a more modern look, work finally started a couple years ago, but the deal fell through right in the middle of development with no signs of completion. So, here's an insanely vain statue of the mayor with the words engraved on the plaque "Our dream became a reality!" All this admist lots overgrown with weeds and more than half the project uncompleted! Some dream!
