Taken down the road from the Manatee Viewing area January 10th 2014. I usually don't see many raccoons in the swamp while out hiking. Every once in a while they will come out looking for a handout though. If you look at the reflection in his eyes, you can see an image of the bay and where I took the picture "Tampa from across the bay" He was looking in that direction.
