Many years ago, I was in my car eating lunch at Rally burger in Detroit. I saw an old man about 10 feet in front of me writing on a cup for several minutes oblivious that I was there. After he was done writing, he wedged the cup in the rubbish bin flap looked up to the sky and defiantly shook his fist and left. The entire cup is covered with his writing, and on the very bottom he wrote his name and birthday. Not sure if he had dementia, could be. I was fascinating to read the disconnect bits of his life.
