As the name suggests this is the very beautiful and famous Trevi Fountain in Rome. Yes, we did hit all the major tourist spots! To get to the fountain you have to walk through a maze of back streets and you hear the flowing water long before you see it. The piazza that it resides in is so tiny compared to the fountain and it dwarfs the buildings around it both in grandeur and in scale. It was impossible to get the whole fountain in the camera lens because the piazza is so small and i simply could not get far enough away from it! I have settled instead for a side view.
