...Pretty self explanatory...Easy in construction, but took hours to figure out...Most of my references were previous "Times" posts, as well as this older concoction...not EVERYTHING jives, but I came as close as I could...

I haven't worked out anything like roads, nor placement of buildings or landmarks yet as this ongoing concept/storyline is pretty much still under development, and I'm ad-libbing much of it as I go...

Some key notes here are:

1) The Phantoma River and the Familiar Slough are colored green because of an accumulation of ectoplasmic residue (Remember, the city was founded by a tribe of witches and mystics), as well as almost nine decades worth of industrial waste thoughtlessly dumped...
2) Artopolis Beach and most other public beaches are located on the banks of the river, being that the actual ocean waterfront communities (with the exceptions of Haunted Point and Shipwreck Shoals, of course) tend to fall into the high dollar status...
3) Both the community of Coven and the neighnorhood of Wiccan Corridor have the LOWEST crime rates in the whole metro area (Ya think?)...

...Figure out the rest for yourselves...Like I said, everything's still "under construction"...
