Another voyage...Another time...

Six months after the sinking of her younger sister, the R.M.S. Olympic sets sail across the Atlantic...Destination, New York...Booked with a count of 900 passengers and 200 or better crewmembers this run, the ship manages to stay on schedule...Even with the lifeboat additions, as well as changes made in both the vessel's structure and emergency protocols, everyone is still on their toes...For it is late in the year, and very cold...

CAPTAIN: "We're making great headway...Two more days and we'll be safely docked in New York..."

FIRST OFFICER: "Can we be assured of that sir? We've been getting ice reports all day, and the bergs could do us in when we least expect it this time of year!"

CAPTAIN: (nodding towards the crow's nest, higher up) "Not on that woman's watch..."

Olympia Zanesky, eventual mother of Ladi Mo, and grandmother of Madame Zany, on her way to a new life and opportunity across the big pond...

In rememberance of the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic...The above chronological facts regarding the Olympic are purely fictional, as the great ship was actually pulled from operating status in October of 1912, and was returned to her Belfast shipyard birthplace to undergo the above stated changes... She was returned to service sometime in mid 1913...Including military service during WWI, Olympic enjoyed an illustrious career of successful voyages until she was finally decommissioned in 1935...
