"Why would someone stand by the edge of the street, and raise an umbrella on an otherwise sunny day?"

...One of the strangest spectators that fateful day in November of 1963 was the presence of the Umbrella Man...Numerous theories surround his appearance...Some say he was the "go" signaler for the supposed "hit teams"...Some also believe that his umbrella concealed a shooting weapon of some sort, possibly poison darts...To this day, he remains a mystery...
