...Since I haven't driven in 10 years (Somewhere, there's a page or two on that in my gallery), I walk, take the train, ride Access Link (because of my partial foot amputation), and finally what's pictured above...
Not much to it as E-Scooters go, but it's good enough for me... It has perks such as Bluetooth Connectivity for certain control and system monitoring via my phone, simplified display with single button operation on the stem (if I choose not to connect), decent wattage drive motor, manufacturer supplied water bottle carrier...Not bad for $400 (including the stembag, cable lock, and helmet & protective gear) three years ago, but it's just fine for me...
Of course at this price range it has limitations such as 18 MPH max speed and an 11 mile distance on a full charge, but I'm not going very far, nor that fast, and I can fold it and take it on the bus or train - And the most important feature --- It's MINE, and I don't have to rent one provided by the state or local municipalities, such as nearby Asbury Park
For now, it's all I have, and I'm damned thankful! I'm good!
