---And the above expression was just my attitude when my sister and my doctor suggested taking a few Vegan alternatives to my diet just a couple of years ago... Instead it was "No! No! No! I'm not eating a diet of string beans, cabbage, alfalfa, and granola - No way! I like my meat! I like my pasta! I want my pastrami and Genoa sandwiches! No %$#*& rabbit food! Blah-Blah-Blah!"
---Needless to say when my overall weight, high glucose readings, and A1c count were tipping the scales more to the critical side, it was time to make a few adjustments, and now much of my diet (Although not all - I STILL like my real meat over plant based, and always will) leans more towards items with a "V" or a plant symbol on the packaging - and my weight, diabetic readings, and visits to the doctor faire much better now...
