This church is located in Saint Francisville Louisiana. Built 1858-1860 . The church became a symbol for the Confederacy . Therefore it became a target of Union forces and was severely damaged during the Civil War . It took the parishioners nearly twenty years to restore it . Restoration was completed in 1880.
