This breed of goose, the Sebastopol, is sometimes referred to as the Pantomime Goose and it is easy to see why :) The ruffled feathers are caused by a frizzle feather mutation which causes the shaft of the feather to split and curl. Captured at a wildlife reserve yesterday with Panasonic DMC-FZ7 . . .thank you for viewing, comments most welcome. I hope this makes you smile as it did me. :)
