Some days I go to work, some days I pretend to be a photographer and today I pretended I was Nigella Lawson, for which an enormous stretch of the imagination was needed. I have it on good authority that I fooled nobody :)
However, nobody complained about the results - triple chocolate Whoopie Pies - chocolate filling and chocolate chips in the spongey bits. Until a friend told me about these delectable treats yesterday I had never heard of them but I will say Whoopie! for Whoopie Pies. They are lusciously scrumptious ! I may have to make some more tomorrow :)
