After so many grey days, today the sun shone brightly and it seemed like a technicolour world. We took a short drive up the Waitaki Valley in the centre of New Zealands South Island to be closer to the mountains. This area lies close to the 45th Parallel South.
Taken from the roadside with Canon 450D 17-85mm lens.
