Chockadee Resort on Koh Chang, Thailand, is at one end of Klong Prao bay. So if I didn't want to look out to sea I could look the other way to enjoy the sweep of the bay in the evening.

PS Elizabeth asked for the specs. Pentax DA* 16-50 at 16mm, 2 seconds at F2.8, auto white balance, ISO 100, raw, colour space - AdopbeRGB, Image tone - landscape, saturation +2, contrast +1. I messed with the curve so it's brighter than the basic raw file but the blue is what's in the raw file. It was taken at 11:50pm in June in Thailand, those blues were not visible to the naked eye, only captured by the camera.
