Yeah. I made sure I got her good side. Yeah. I came across her with a large cluster of her sisters at the Chahinkapa Zoo, in Wahpeton, North Dakota, last weekend. When I leaned in to capture her closeup, the sweet smell of about two dozen lilies, all about the size of my open hand, was nearly overwhelming. It was a good whelming, though. When I told her I was planning to share her portrait with my buds at Caedes, she put out her female Carpel (the single thin stem with the wee puff at the end) to entice you all. Did it work?
