I recalled taking a picture of this plant two years ago. It is just a stray shrub growing on the edge of the sidewalk. I end up noticing it because the sidewalk is really busted up in this spot and I have to watch my step. Much like most of Bali, beauty in strange spots, mixed in with decay and neglect.
