I went to a nearby park just before sunset to try out low-light pictures with my camera. The air was still and the lighting caused wonderful reflections in the water. The park is less than 5 years old. They created a lake by damming up a stream. The current fade is to leave the trees in the lake. They die from too much water, but they provide perches for birds and as they crumble the branches provide protected areas for minnows.
