The Australian version of the boogeyman. This creature lives in fig trees, just waiting for someone to take a nap under one. He then drops down and swallows the person whole. Later, he takes a nap and regurgitates the poor person, now shorter than he was before. If this repeats often enough, the person becomes another Yara-ma-yha-who. (Lauritzen Gardens)
