As we leave the pier and proceed down the river, this floating dock with a strange looking ship comes into view. I found out that this all covered up ship is the yacht "Octopus" which belonged to the billionaire Mr. Allen Paul who was the co-founder of Microsoft. It cost him 250 million dollars. Allen Paul died in October 2018 at the age of 65.

Apparently the new owner/s want some renovations done and want it all kept hidden from the public eye.
