For the longest time I've been trying to figure out how to make something look wet and shiney, and this is an attempt at that... I still really don't know how to do it that well, but I guess I'm learning (very slowly). If anyone has any tips, they'd be muchly appreciated. This guy was done in Project Dogwaffle mostly, it's a free traditional media simulator (I guess that's what you'd call it). Then I did the highlights and sky in Photoshop. I like how it turned out!
