It was a full on thunderstorm when we got to the Grand Canyon, the rest of the family wanted to stay at the hotel and rest from the long trip. I didn't drive all day to end up sitting in a room watching TV so I drove to the rim of the canyon. As soon as I arrived, the rain stopped, the skies opened up and there was an incredible light show as the sun sunk down to the horizon.
