This is what was once a thriving fishing village in Yorkshire, but sadly there are few fishermen who work from here now. However visitors still flock to this lovely place where now it is becoming more famous for its Jet jewellery. Jet is the fossilized remains of the Monkey Puzzle tree and many shops here now sell it. In the distance you can see the little lighthouse which is the entrance to the harbour, which once passed, takes you out to the North Sea.
