I'm sorry to say, but I completely forget where this photo was taken but I do know it was in West Virginia area. The observation tower in the middle of the lake was closed for the season. Which really sucked, but I'm hoping to go back there in the spring time. So, ladies and gentleman...row faster b/c I hear some bango music playing. (If you know anything about WV, you will get this joke).
