I believe he is a stray but he is very well fed. I've been seeing him at a wildlife refuge for the last couple of weeks. There isn't any houses for miles around there. He stays pretty close to a hiking trail and a boat launch. I think he gets attention from all the people that go there. He just came out by the car and took a short snooze.
