Taken with Sony A57 at F11, 125s, ISO 100 at 55mm. I think this camera does a good job at recording what you see without a lot of processing afterwards. It is almost like having Photoshop built in. The lens is a little better quality than the kit lens. It is a Minolta Autofocus 55-110 Zoom lens and provides a good detailed image. It is better than some lens but not quite as good as the more expensive lens.
