I'm not joking that is the name of the camp. When my wife noticed it she told me the name of it and I just thought she was was being clever with me. But come to find out she was just relaying what she saw. You have to know my wife...it was sort of a shock to hear. I got a good chuckle out of it. Someone had an eye for that turtle in the rock face to conjure up the idea.
