All the rough weather and devastation on the east coast got me thinking about cyclones and such. Used a soft charcoal stick and blending stumps for the main body and a soft stencil brush to spread the charcoal and a woodless pencil for the details. Applied a light filter in Photo Effects 4. Darkened it a bit in Photoshop.
