Soon the chicks will be graduating from school and be starting a new adventure in the wide world. Momma hen has done all she can do. Now there can only be hope that that was enough. I remember when the last chick flew our nest. That was a rough time of transition for momma hen and me. How we wish we could hold them a little longer.
