When I was a young boy we had some Jersey cows. They gave the best sweet milk and cream which mother would churn into butter. Everything just seemed to taste better back then. A lot of work on the farm but looking back those were the good old days. My Dad's cows were a bit lighter colored than this one but I like this one...maybe it would have given chocolate milk.
