Taken in the Carcross Desert, near the village of Carcross, Yukon Territory, Canada. Bennett Lake is partly in the Yukon, and partly in British Columbia, so you are getting a view of desert, lake, and mountains, in both the Yukon, and British Columbia, Canada. The hike in the desert wasn't all that easy for me ...one step ahead, and two back, but I had to work off that ice cream I shouldn't have had! Anyway, a fun day out.
